آزمون بالینی چند محوری میلون-3، 4( ام.سی.ام.آی-3؛ میلون5، 1994)، یک مقیاس خودسنجی با 175 گویه بلی و خیر است که 14 الگوی بالینی شخصیت و 10 نشانگان بالینی را می سنجد و برای بزرگسالان 18 سال به بالا که برای درمان یا ارزیابی روان شناختی به مراکز سلامت روان مراجعه می کنند، استفاده می شود. ام.سی.ام.آی-3، در آگوست 1994 در گردهمایی انجمن روان شناسی آمریکا معرفی شد. این آزمون نسخه تجدید نظر شده ام.سی.ام.آی-2 ( میلون، 1987) است. ام.سی.ام.آی-3، همانند دو نسخه قبلی، اختلالات شخصیت و اختلالات محور یک راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی-4 (DSM-IV 6، انجمن روانپزشکی آمریکا، 1994)را می سنجد. این آزمون، یکی از مهم ترین ابزارهای سنجش عینی نشانگان بالینی مطرح شده در محور یک و اختلالات شخصیت محور دو DSM-IV است. این آزمون به منظور عملیاتی کردن الگوی آسیب شناسی روانی میلون ( 1969، 1983) ساخته شده و دو بار از زمان انتشار آن به موازات تغییر در نظریه و همچنین راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی، تجدید نظر شده است.

ابزار پیوند والدینی، سبکهای پیوند والدینی را می سنجد. این مقیاس خودتوصیفی، بزاری گذشته نگر است و برای نوجوانان شانزده سال به بالا کاربرد دارد(31). این ابزار دارای 25 سوال 4 گزینه ای می باشد که 12 سوال، مراقبت و 13 سوال بیش از حد حمایت کنند گی را بررسی می کند. نمرات بالا در مقیاس مراقبت، منعکس کننده والدینی گرم، مهربان و همدل می باشند.

این پرسشنامه توسط کارور و همکاران (1989) بر اساس مدل لازاروس از استرس و مدل خود نظم بخشی رفتاری تهیه شده است. این چک لیست یک وسیله چند بعدی است و راههایی را که مردم به استرس پاسخ می دهند، بررسی میکند. چک لیست مذکور دارای 40 سوال و 10 مقیاس مقابله ای است که پنج مقیاس ( مقابله فعال، برنامه ریزی، جلوگیری از فعالیهای مزاحم، خويشتنداري يا مقابله مهارشده، جستجوي حمايت اجتماعي ابزاري) آن، جنبه هاي مقابله متمرکز بر مساله را می سنجد؛

پرسشنامه ارزشیابی کلاسی ادراک شده، توسط الخروصی (2009) تهیه شده و دارای 18 عبارت است که 9 عبارت ادراک ارزشیابی تبحری بودن را می‌سنجد و 9 عبارت دیگر ادراک ارزشیابی عملکردی بودن را می‌سنجد. این پرسشنامه در یک پیوستار 5 درجه‌ای لیکرت از  1 (کاملاً مخالف) تا 5 (کاملاً موافق) نمره گذاری می­شود. در نسخه اصلی روایی پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل اکتشافی و با چرخش واریماکس بدست آمد.

پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان (TAI) بر اساس مقادیر 0، 1، 2، 3 نمره گذاری شده است. این پرسشنامه دارای  ۲۵ ماده است. حداقل نمره در این آزمون صفر و حداکثر ۷۵ است. هر چه فرد نمره بالاتری کسب کند، نشان­دهنده اضطراب بیشتری است.
